Notable significant updates (and some contextual references):

January 2026¶

Restructure the contents into a more accessible hierarchy with Attune-Resolve-Review as headings:

• Attune relates to attention and understanding context-vs-content (and thus all the contextual descriptions)
• Resolve relates to understanding what is "prope" (healthy and appropriate) and that is founded in the commitments
• Review relates to understanding things through memory and the fact that so much of what we do will always be outside of consciousness, so there we can discuss the differences between conscious and unconscious factors.

December 2025¶

New intro article framing the importance of the FLO-CL project and of CL in general to the challenges of the world today.

June 2025¶

Bring back the use of a main spatial model as CLG had, but instead of "the line", use the constriction-expansion space and consider within that space a point of optimal healthy-appropriate feelings which is always moving as circumstances change.

Entirely new core-concepts starting point explaining the two main points: healthy intuition (built on the CL Commitments) and listening to intuition (described via the ideas about energy-space to understand embodied feelings).

May 2025¶

The moves include: present top principles in a different order (though still strictly an unordered list); Feelings moved to become the new initial topic within Context, and Constriction and Expansion moved to be the main topic within Feelings; Commitments moved to be part of newly-top-level Healthy & Appropriate
